Now if for any reason you have made a mistake when taking the measurements of your curtain or shade, you can rest assured, because with the new free insurance we will fix it or send you a new one free of charge. You only have to pay the shipping costs (€ 19.90).
In case the measures were higher between the wrong and the new blind, you will only have to pay the price difference between one and the other.
You must bear in mind that the Cortiséguro replace the wrong product by another of the same characteristics of your initial order, in no case will be returned cash money of the product, nor can change the type of fabric or the color of it.

All products that contain this red icon are insured with Cortiseguro If this icon does not appear, follow our quick measurement guides very carefully before buying any product.
If you need to use this insurance, remember that you have 15 days from the receipt of your order to manage the return of the product you have purchased, once the period expires your insurance will have expired and you will not be able to make the return.

Do I need the Corti-Seguro?

What does my insurance cover?
Cortiseguro ensures the replacement of a maximum of 4 products per order.
It covers repair and / or manufacturing, except for products with a size greater than the initial order for which the difference will be paid.
Example: If you requested an item of Width 100 x Height 100 and the measures you need is 120 x 120, you will only pay the cost of 20cm more.
What does my insurance NOT cover?
Changes of fabric, color, mechanisms or terminations selected in your initial order.
Similarly, it does not cover cash return of the cost of the wrong product.
The Cortiseguro only valid for orders placed in the Iberian Peninsula, Portugal is excluded.
