Now if for any reason you have made a mistake when taking the measurements of your curtain or blind, you can rest assured, because with the new free insurance we will fix it or send you a new one free of charge. You will only have to pay the shipping costs (19.90€).

In the event that the measurements are higher between the wrong blind and the new one, you will only have to pay the difference in price between one and the other.

You must take into account that Cortiseguro replaces the wrong product with another of the same characteristics of your initial order, in no case will the cash for the product be refunded, nor will it be possible to change the type of fabric or the colour of the product.

Which products have CortiSeguro?

All products containing this red icon are insured with Cortiseguro, if this icon does not appear, please follow our quick measurement guides very carefully before purchasing any product.

Remember that if you need to use our insurance, you have 15 days from receipt of your order to manage the return of the product you have purchased, once exceeded the deadline your insurance will have expired and you will not be able to make the return.

When will I need it?

More than 95% of our customers never make a mistake when taking the measurements of their blinds or curtains and place their order correctly, because at Cortinadecor we have all the necessary information in our quick guides to measuring our products so that this does not happen.

Even so, when we make an online purchase of a personalised product such as our curtains or blinds, we may still have doubts about whether we have done the whole process correctly. This insurance gives you the peace of mind and guarantee you need to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.

Insurance coverage

Cortiseguro covers the replacement of a maximum of 4 wrong products per order. Cortiseguro covers all collection and shipping costs of the wrong products.

Cortiseguro covers the repair and/or manufacture of products that are in error as long as the measurements of the new blind do not exceed the height or width of the measurements of the wrong blind by 5cm.

What is not covered?

Cortiseguro does not cover changes of fabric, colour, mechanisms or finishes selected in your initial order. Cortiseguro does not cover the cash refund of the cost of the wrong product.

The measurements made by our installers that you modify will be exempt from Cortiseguro. Estimates made by the commercial department will be exempt from Cortiseguro.

How to use CortiSeguro?

In the event that you need to make use of this insurance you must follow the following steps:

First, access the contact page (you can do this by clicking on the button just below this text). You will have to fill in the form with your details (you can access your Cortinadecor account to fill in the message field only). In the query box indicate that you need to use Cortiseguro and put the number of your order.

NOTE: It is very important that you do not forget to write down your order number in order to process your Coriseguro correctly.
